WELCOME To Willow Ridge

Willow Ridge is a beautiful community conveniently located at the confluence of Gaithersburg, North Potomac, and Darnestown in the rolling hills of Montgomery County, Maryland.  Situated about 20 miles north of the Nation’s Capital, Willow Ridge is located off Route 28 (Darnestown Road), just west of the intersection with Route 124 (Quince Orchard Road).

The 113 single family homes built by Kettler Brothers in the mid-1980s are situated on shady, tree-lined streets and courts connected by paved paths. The community adjoins the woodlands of Orchard Neighborhood Park and is a short walk to the extensive pathways in Seneca Creek State Forest. Public schools are all walking distance for Willow Ridge students.

The community includes a friendly mix of young families, long-time residents, couples, and seniors.

It’s a great place to call home.

New Interactive Map Gives County Residents Road Information: Snow Removal and Live Traffic Cameras

Montgomery County officials today announced the launch of a new, online tool that will make it easier for residents to decide when to safely venture out following a snowstorm. The map tool will show the progress of snow plows throughout the County and indicate when emergency roads, primary neighborhood streets and neighborhood streets have been cleared. A zoom feature allows residents to focus on the plow status of their immediate neighborhood and surrounding streets and then zoom out to check on an entire trip route.
