About the WRCA

Willow Ridge Civic Association (WRCA) is a voluntary organization established by residents in 1988 for the health, safety, and welfare of Willow Ridge. The WRCA aims at making Willow Ridge a friendly, family-oriented community. We help residents stay connected to each other and to issues affecting our community.

Your dues go mainly toward maintaining the entrance to Willow Ridge. We have insurance for the stone entrance signs, and take care of entrance landscape maintenance and lawn cutting.

Other income (mainly newsletter ads) allows us to do fun things! We organize a variety of community social events, print a community directory, and publish a quarterly newsletter to keep you up to date on community news.

In addition, the WRCA has an architectural committee whose task is to help residents comply with the community covenants.

The WRCA is your liaison to the community and to the county. Please contact us if you have any problems, questions or suggestions.

WRCA Dues

We ask that residents pay $25 dues annually to fund WRCA activities (mainly the insurance and grass-cutting). We need 100% participation in order to keep the dues so low! Please contribute to the WRCA the next time we collect dues.

We Want To Hear From You!
